Hello dear WG seekers,
in our beautiful WG a room will be free from March. It is about 17m2 and has a large window front, making it beautifully bright and friendly.
In addition to the two other WG rooms, the apartment includes a balcony, a seating area, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a bright fitted kitchen including two refrigerators, oven, Ceranfeld, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
Our WG-own washing machine is located in the basement where there is also room for hanging up the laundry.
In addition, we have a small cellar room that we use as a storage room and to safely accommodate our bikes.
The house in which our WG is located is in a beautiful and quiet residential area in Vaihingen. Parking can be found here easily and yet the apartment is close to the S-Bahn stop Österfeld and the underground station Vaihingen Viaduct. You need about 7 minutes on foot. So you have a great connection to the city centre (about 12 minutes) or to the university campus Vaihingen. Also here you are within about 10 minutes by bike or take the S-Bahn and drive to the next stop.
If you like nature and like jogging or cycling, you are quickly in the fields from our apartment and can enjoy nature. All shops of daily needs such as bakeries, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi and dm are within walking distance approx. 15 minutes from here.
Deine neuen MitbewohnerInnen sind Dilara und Eveline. Eveline studiert an der HdM und Dilara arbeitet in Stuttgart-Vaihingen im Marketingbereich.
Beide sind sehr aktiv und viel unterwegs durch die Arbeit, das Studium, Hobbys und Freunde. Zeit für einen spontanen Plausch in der Küche oder ein gemeinsames Essen oder Getränk auf dem Balkon findet sich aber immer.
Trotzdem ist es natürlich vollkommen in Ordnung wenn man nach einem langen Arbeitstag einfach seine Ruhe haben möchte.
Da wir Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen, solltest du einen gewissen Sinn hierfür mitbringen ;)
Für die Waschmaschine, Garderobe und Kühlschrank fallen eine Ablöse von 170 € an. Ansonsten sind alle Kosten wie GEZ und Internet schon einberechnet.
