The room is about 16m tall and has a beautiful laminate floor in wood optics. Available from 1 February but also earlier induction possible. The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror, kallax regal and stay in). The furniture was bought before new and are therefore in a very good condition. The detachment for the furniture is 450 €.
As can be seen from the pictures, the large windows of the street are diverted, southward towards Dürrbach. Thus, the room is very bright and very quiet despite the central location. The rest of the apartment is also very modern, since it was completely renovated in 2013. In bathroom and kitchen there is everything you need (shower, stove, oven, refrigerator and some kitchen utensils).
The apartment is about a minute's walk from Wangen Markplatz underground station. Trains U13 and U9 (
Direct connection to Stuttgart hbf) takes place at regular intervals. The Untertürkheimer Train Station is also only 2 stations away so you can easily access the S-Bahn. Nearby there are many supermarkets (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) and also a large Asian market. There is also a large OBI stop. There is also a pizzeria right in front of the front door, cafes and bakeries.
In addition, you are close to the Mercedes-Benz Untertürkheim plant.
The location is ideal for interns, students and career starters.
We would be happy if you were a similarly open-minded but also a decent person like us. And it has always been important that you have an open ear for each other and take something together. Boil it together or drink a beer. Certainly, we also respect when someone needs his rest, but in general we strive for a harmonious coexistence. This culture should also be lived after I leave the WG.
