Your new room has cuddly 9 sqm and is located on the fourth floor of a very nice old building. In the room will remain a bed (incl. mattress), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The furniture is nicely set by the landlord. Otherwise, there are also blankets, pillows and bed linen with in the offer :D In your future room you will have the opportunity to see a romantic sunrise, including a TV tower. ;
Our apartment is fully equipped and has everything the heart desires. From the washing and washing machine to the dryer everything is there. Also in kitchenware we have everything in stock (incl. raclette and coffee maker), if you still have something cool to bring;) In addition, our bathroom has a bathtub and a
"Panorama shower" (please be surprised). Ferry bikes can be parked in the basement of the house and with a resident card you can also park in the immediate vicinity of the house. The house has a large courtyard, incl.
large garden accessible for the whole block. Perfect for grilling and table tennis games. :
In the future you will be lucky to live in Stuttgart's top position - in the beautiful West. The location of the apartment is great! In the immediate vicinity there are various supermarkets, drugstore markets and sweet cafes and restaurants. It is also located in 3 min at the underground station Schloss-/ Johannesstraße and in 5 min at the S-Bahn station Feuersee or Schwabstraße (depending on the speed of the step it can also be less). Up to the beautiful Charles Height it is also only about 10min walk. On foot to the city centre there are about 10-15min. If you're going hard, you're 1-2 S-Bahn stops in the city. However, if you want to choose the more sporty variant, you are with the bike in 5
Minutes there. Actually, you have everything you need to live in your immediate vicinity and that still in Stuttgart's most beautiful location.
So far, we had a sociable WG life and want this to continue in the future. But if someone wants to have his rest, it's okay. We live there according to the typical WG motto "all can, nothing must". In our WG we have a cleaning plan that should also be adhered to. That's why a cleaning cloth and glue shouldn't

Karina (27) is our fashion and series expert. She has just finished her dual studies at Breuninger here in Stuttgart and is now fully entering the working life. Yeah... After work, it usually takes her to the “Fitti” or directly to the Day/ After Work Drinking in a restaurant/bar (sometimes also the second more frequent).
Paul (26) studies civil engineering at the University of Stuttgart and soon begins with his Bachelor thesis. In his spare time he goes or tries to boulder regularly and for one-two or three beers in the city he is always happy to have. Paul will take off soon and therefore his room will also be free.
Jessi is the latest member of our WG. She works as a flight attendant and therefore makes us all always jealous where she escapes next to the (yes always super great) weather in Stuttgart.
Robin also lives with him in the WG, but since he is in the last stages of his master's thesis and Stuttgart will return his back to travel, we also look for someone for his room.

The GEZ is already available in the rental price as well as the W-LAN. So if you like to drink one or other glass of wine, like to do sports or be a very communicative person as a whole and already have WG experience, then you are right with us. We can then talk again about the exact arrival date or :) We prefer to look for someone who wants to live here not only a few months.
