I am Max, 26, and I have been studying aerospace technology in the Master since October. I have been living in our cozy WG since May, which so far consists of me, Sebastian (who has lived here for a long time) and Emanuel (before July). Since my two roommates come together with their respective friends – both of whom come to Germany this year – this central WG is now allowed to welcome two new roommates: the desire for a pleasant and relaxed living together.

To me: I like to cook, usually vegetarian – but it is no problem if you handle it differently. I think it is important that we in the WG have an open and respectful relationship with each other, where everyone can be as he or she is.
Under the week I'm pretty tense with my studies, but I always take time for relaxed evenings and activities. On Tuesdays I often go to the cinema with communion: in the middle of the weekend there is a change on the plan: hiking (especially in summer), spa, film evenings (with friends, my room is unfortunately too small), bar or club visits (the Lehmann and the Kulturbunker are just 15 minutes walk away). In the summer I like to go jogging, while in winter I dance to stay in motion.
Our WG has two balconies, and especially on the smaller one you can enjoy the sunset – whether with a beer or something green, that is left to you. ^

It is important to me that in the WG we have a loose, friendly approach to each other. Whether cooking together, a drink together or just everyone on their own – this can result in unattended.

About me: I enjoy cooking, mostly vegetarian – but it’s totally fine if you prefer something else. I value an open and respectful atmosphere in the flat, where everyone can be themselves.

During the week, I’m pretty busy with my, but I always make time for relaxed evenings and activities. On Tuesdays, I often go to the movies with friends from university, and on weekends, I like to mix things up: hiking (especially in summer), visiting the spa, movie nights (at friends’ places – my room is too small for that), or going out to bars or clubs (Lehmann and Kulturbunker are only a 15-minute walk away). In summer, I so enjoy jogging, while dancing is enough for me to stay active in winter.

Our flat has two balconies, and the smaller one is perfect for enjoying the sunset – whether with a beer or something green, that’s entirely up to you.

It’s important to me that we have a relaxed, friendly vibe in the flat. Whether it’s own cooking, sharing a drink, or just doing our thing, it should happen all naturally and without pressure.

ich bin Max, 26, und studiere seit Oktober Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik im Master. Ich wohne seit Mai in unserer gemütlichen WG, die bisher aus mir, Sebastian (der schon länger hier wohnt) und Emanuel (seit Juli dabei) besteht. Da meine beiden Mitbewohner mit ihren jeweiligen Freundinnen zusammenziehen – die beide dieses Jahr nach Deutschland kommen –, darf diese zentrale WG nun zwei neue Mitbewohner:innen willkommen heißen, die Lust auf ein angenehmes und entspanntes Zusammenleben haben.

Zu mir: Ich koche gerne, meistens vegetarisch – aber es ist kein Problem, wenn ihr das anders handhabt. Ich finde es wichtig, dass wir in der WG einen offenen und respektvollen Umgang miteinander haben, wo jede:r so sein kann, wie er oder sie ist.
Unter der Woche bin ich ziemlich eingespannt mit meinem Studium, aber ich nehme mir immer Zeit für entspannte Abende und Unternehmungen. Dienstags gehe ich oft mit Kommiliton:innen ins Kino, und am Wochenende steht bei mir Abwechslung auf dem Plan: Wandern (besonders im Sommer), Therme, Filmabende (bei Freunden, mein Zimmer ist dafür leider zu klein), Bar- oder Clubbesuche (das Lehmann und der Kulturbunker sind nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Im Sommer gehe ich auch gern joggen, während mir im Winter das Tanzen reicht, um in Bewegung zu bleiben.
Unsere WG hat zwei Balkone, und besonders auf dem kleineren kann man super den Sonnenuntergang genießen – ob mit einem Bierchen oder etwas grünem, das bleibt euch überlassen.^^

Wichtig ist mir, dass wir in der WG einen lockeren, freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander haben. Ob gemeinsames Kochen, mal ein Getränk zusammen oder einfach nur jeder für sich – das kann sich ganz ungezwungen ergeben.

We also have access to a basement compartment in which furniture/bicycles and of course the yellow bag can be stored:D. Your bike (if you own one) can also be parked in the hallway. In addition to two balconies on each side of the house, the apartment has a common terrace in the backyard of the house.

Wir haben außerdem Zugang zu einem Kellerabteil, in welchem Möbel/Fahrräder und natürlich der gelbe Sack gelagert werden kann :D. Dein Fahrrad (falls du eins besitzt) kannst du außerdem im Hausflur abstellen. Neben zwei Balkonen auf jeder Seite des Hauses verfügt die Wohnung über eine gemeinsame Terrasse im Hinterhof des Hauses.
