After seven years in this WG with six great cohabitation, go on for me and a room becomes free.
The room is about 15sqm, has a large window towards the courtyard and has a special floor plan with oblique wall (see pictures).
The entire apartment is about 165sqm large with large kitchen, 3 bathrooms and storage room.
In the stated price of 320€ everything is in it, also a "household buffer", which we pay for the WG account and what we buy common things like spices, olive oil, toilet paper, detergents and so on. The deposit is a monthly rent.
The location of the WG is unbeatable - up to the next underground (Berliner Platz) it is only about 5 minutes. The fire lake is about 9 minutes. There are some cafes, supermarkets and the cultural bunker almost next door. In the Unipark you can bike in 5min and on table tennis tables it is also not lacking:)
The WG is mixed in colour. We are in the 20s to 30s, in studies or in the world of work. The coexistence is a very relaxed, thoughtful and harmonious coexistence with each other, with evenings on the couch in our kitchen, on the Sunday of the Tatort, running together or on the Critical Mass, chilling in the park, celebrations and concerts until it's easy to migrate around – as it is:) In the same way, there are plenty of space for yourself and sometimes busy times or periods of examination, in which it goes quieter.
With our cleaning plan, in which we are cleaning the communal spaces every week, it remains clean and clean despite seven roommates. In addition, we have 3 bathrooms and never get in the morning;)
Even if everything is very unavoidable, it would be nice if no purpose WG develops in the future, but it remains a loving coexistence. The most important thing is that it fits well when learning and that everyone can imagine a common living together.
