The apartment is located in a quiet one-way street, about a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße, where there is also an Edeka and Rewe. You also get DM in approx. 3 minutes and Penny is also a maximum of 7 minutes walk away. Various restaurants and cafes are also located in Stuttgart West - a top location;)

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Sebastian (29), arbeitetet als Software Engineer und Max (25), studiert Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik und ist dazu noch Werkstudent.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch, wir treffen uns oft in der Küche und quatschen miteinander, respektieren aber auch unsere Me-Time. Uns ist jedoch wichtig, dass wir keine Zweck-WG sind.
Da Sebastian in Kürze auch ausziehen wird, wirst du mit Max den dritten Mitglied der Wg entscheiden können und somit das WG-Leben mitgestalten :)

Your future roommates are Sebastian (29, software engineer) and Max (25, studying aerospace engineering and working student).
The WG life is very harmonious, we often meet in the kitchen and chat with each other, but we also respect our me-time.
It is however important to us to spend time together from time to time.
As Sebastian will be moving out shortly, you and Max will be deciding together on the third member of the shared apartment and thus will be able to shape the it's lifestyle :)
The apartment has a shared kitchen, including stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and everything you need to cook, as well as a shared bathroom, including toilet, shower & washing machine. We also have access to a basement compartment in which furniture/bicycles and of course the yellow bag can be stored:D. Your bike (if you own one) can also be parked in the hallway.
The terrace in the backyard can also be used super for barbecue parties!
The room is furnished and comes with a bed (incl. mattress), desk, chair and wardrobe.
Hanger x2, 2 white sofa, red coffee table, white coffee table, Ikea light gray metal cabinet x2, two lamps and two plants should be taken over against an amount of 200€.
The deadline is 1. March a previous arrival date may also be possible.
