Hallo zusammen,
da uns Pascal leider schweren Herzens verlassen wird, suchen wir wieder Jemanden für unser süßes Zimmer :)
Die WG ist auf zwei Stockwerke aufgeteilt und hat eine schöne große Wohnküche mit allem was man braucht - natürlich auch einen Geschirrspüler. Neben den zwei Bädern (auf jeder Etage eins) mit WC, Badewanne und einer Waschmaschine & Trockner, gibt es ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Wir haben die gesamte Wohnung vor 2 Jahren neu gestrichen und einiges neu eingerichtet.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, ist fast quadratisch und praktisch geschnitten, mit Holzbalken-Optik und wurde auch vor drei Jahren gestrichen. Aufgrund der Dachschräge wird der Mietpreis auf 11,70 qm gerechnet :)
Falls du noch etwas mehr Platz benötigst, gibt es in der WG noch einige freie Plätzchen und unser Keller ist zum Glück auch ziemlich groß.
The WG is located very centrally in the beautiful Stuttgarter Westen. The subway with the lines U2 and U9 stops right in front of the door and also the S-Bahn stop Schwabstrasse are only 10 minutes walk away.
Shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. (Rewe, Lidl, DM, Edeka...) as well as other small shops, doctors etc. Bars and restaurants do not lack it, so everything in all is a top location!
We have been living together in this constellation for several years and it is a very beautiful, harmonious and relaxed WG life. Your new roommates are:
Linn: our dancing globetrotter with the greenest thumb of the WG, Yogi from head toe and likes to go.
Jens: coolest computer scientist of the millennium, head chef of Korean cuisine, champagne-to-ice lovers.
Jan: enthusiastic physics journal reader, Vesper professional and sports enthusiast
Christian: Klampfen-König, part-time digital nomad in your own van, with a good fetze always at the start and the latest WG access
We place great value on a beautiful coexistence and like to spend time together.
Mostly, there is always someone for any sporting activities and also the next Netflix series marathon is not far away.
So you will be asked regularly if you want a beer on the roof, a meal, a movie evening or the like.
And if you don't, of course, it's always completely right for yourself to make the door behind you. :

Every five weeks there will be another 30 euros for rent, as we have once a week support to save us the cleaning plan;)
There is a discount payment of 250€ to the pre-rente, since a lot has been renewed and bought in the common rooms. This also includes the bed (3 months old), which also fits very space-efficient in the room :)
