WG rooms in the most beautiful street in the west WG Zimmer in der schönsten Straße im Westen

Our WG is located in Johannesstraße. The Ubahn Station Hölderlinplatz is a 2-minute walk away and 5 minutes to the Schloss/Johannesstraße. The bus lines 40,41,42 depart directly from our front door. You can also walk within 20/25 min in the city center, so after a wild party evening you can climb home comfortably.

Unsere WG liegt in der Johannesstraße. Zur Ubahn Station Hölderlinplatz sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß und zur Schloss/Johannesstraße 5 Minuten. Die Bus Linien 40,41,42 fahren direkt vor unserer Haustüre ab. Man ist auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 20/25 min in der Innenstadt, man kann also nach einem wilden Partyabend ganz gemütlich nach Hause torklen.

Carl (25) and Jana (23). Carl is making a training for psychotherapist paints, draws and likes to potter, clashes occasionally on his piano and always has Moneyboy Punchlines parat. Carl also makes the best pancakes in the world! Jana studies advertising at the HdM, likes to pfeift Bob Marley songs, supplies the WG with hot tunes from her turntable, likes to celebrate techno and competes on Carls Moneyboy Lines with SSIO quotes. Generally, we all love and like to spend time together. We are happy to move through bars, cook together or beg us in the Durak or Shithead. In summer we like to sit with our sun loungers in the court entrance and drink champagne and enjoy the sun. We like to listen to a lot of music and always show our favorite tracks. There's always something going on with us, and we'll be happy to be late in the evening. If you don't have a social battery anymore, you're not a bad guy when you get into his room.

In der WG wohnen Carl (25) und Jana (23). Carl macht gerade eine Ausbildung zum Psychotherapeut malt, zeichnet und töpfert gerne, klimpert ab und zu auf seinem Klavier und hat immer Moneyboy Punchlines parat. Außerdem macht Carl die besten Pfannkuchen auf der Welt! Jana studiert Werbung an der HdM, pfeift gerne Bob Marley Songs, versorgt die WG mit heißen Tunes von ihrem Plattenspieler, geht gerne techno feiern und kontert auf Carls Moneyboy Lines mit SSIO Zitaten. Allgemein haben wir uns alle ganz dolle lieb und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Gerne ziehen wir gemeinsam durch Bars, kochen zusammen oder batteln uns im Durak oder Shithead. Im Sommer sitzen wir gerne mit unseren Liegestühlen in der Hofeinfahrt und trinken Sekt und genießen die Sonne. Wir hören gerne und viel Musik und zeigen uns immer unsere lieblings Tracks. Bei uns ist immer was los, und wir verplappern uns gerne mal bis spät abends. Wenn man mal keine social battery mehr hat, ist einem keiner Böse wenn man sich in sein Zimmer verkrümelt.

The price of 400€ is all inclusive! There are no more costs on top (not even GEZ, juhu) We have rotated a cleaning plan of the weekly. We value that everyone feels comfortable with us. We would be happy to have a cool, open, bouncige and dear person who wants to live a relaxed, family and informal WG <3
Your pre-rent would be happy if the dresser, the bed, the desk and the cabinet were taken over :)

Der Preis von 400€ ist all inkl! Es kommen keine kosten mehr oben drauf ( nichtmal GEZ, juhu) Wir haben einen Putzplan der wöchentlichen rotiert. Wir legen Wert darauf, dass sich bei uns alle wohl fühlen. Wir würden uns über eine coole, offene, bouncige und liebe Person freuen, die Lust auf ein entspanntes, familiäres und zwangloses WG leben hat <3
Dein Vormieter würde sich freuen, wenn die Kommode, das Bett, der Schreibtisch und der Schrank übernommen werden :)
