The room 12sqm large and relatively square cut. A large double window illuminates the room all day.
It is rented unfurnished.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher. Fridge and freezer are also available. A washing machine is in the bathroom. Warm water comes from an apartment thermal and is therefore independent of the rest of the house.

The U4 motorway towards downtown (5 stations) stops at Hölderlinplatz 2min, where a bus (no. 40) goes directly to the HBF. To the university campus city center you need about 10min, Vaihingen with one time change about 25min. Otherwise, the camp is super quiet with many families. Supermarket, organic market, kiosk, bakery, bank and restaurants are within walking distance within a few minutes.

Camel (22) and Luke (20) live in the WG. We are both in training and studying and therefore usually on the move during the day. A great deal of value is placed on a friendly coexistence, as well as on a lot of fun and pleasure in common WG life and cleanliness. If someone needs his rest, you can just shut the door. :

The WG is rented exclusively to men by the landlord. The room is rented individually to you. The costs of electricity, gas and the internet are shared as WG independent. The contract for the room always runs for one year, but can of course be extended again and again.
