For rent is a small, but fine room in a 3's WG, which scores with its great layout and two windows to the backyard. The whole apartment is 83 m2 large, bathroom and toilet are separated from each other. In the bathroom there are practically two sinks and otherwise the apartment is generously cut. A niche in the hallway, therefore, we have also changed to the dining room, in the kitchen there are also a few stools. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. Of course we are particularly proud of the dishwasher. The shelves for room separation, the hanger, the 1,20m bed (above slightly damaged, but never disturbed me) as well as the desk with chair could you take over for 170€.
The location is really ideal to get anywhere quickly, but also enough cafes etc. around you. There are no 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße. From there all Stuttgart S-Bahn lines, you will arrive in 5 minutes to the main station or the university campus in Vaihingen.
Right in front of the house is the bus stop Schwab-/ Reinsburgstraße, here the bus line 42 holds.
The city centre is 15-20 minutes walk (Rotebühlplatz, Schlossplatz, Theo). But also the west or the Schwabstraße has plenty to offer with many cozy bars, restaurants and cafes (lumen, Gustav, Wyld, etc.). Shops (Rewe until 24 a.m., Edeka, Penny, also 24/7 markets) as well as pharmacies, medical practices, gyms etc. are also in the immediate vicinity. The Karlshöhe, which invites in summer to grill, picnic and enjoy views over Stuttgart,
is also reachable in about 10 minutes walk - as well as the popular fire lake. As a walk around
The bear lakes can also be reached over the swab tunnel for 45 minutes.
Besides you, Mariia (24) and Sebastian (30) live there. Mariia likes to read and drives sports. Sebastian likes to boulder; for games (Pen and Paper) and cooking evenings he rarely says no.
