The warm rental for the room is 640€, in it all costs are included (Internet, electricity, gas, water, masters etc.). It is rented unfurnished.
Since our intake was a first cover, we at the time got some new things together (commode, vacuum cleaner, balcony furniture, etc.). Therefore, a small amount of €60 would be a fair deal.
The room has a beautiful, bright window front to the outside and is cut quite square.
🏡 The entire apartment is newly renovated. The kitchen (with dishwasher) is fully equipped and offers everything necessary for a sociable WG life. Refrigerator, freezer and washing machine are also available. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet, so there has never been any traffic jam in the morning.
Not to mention: our furniture-equipped balcony, from which you can even see the TV tower. In addition, there are two quite large basement compartments.
The apartment is located in the beautiful west, directly at the stop “Russian Church”. From here the U4 goes directly to the city centre (5 minutes) or alternatively the bus line 40 towards the main station (5 minutes). Nevertheless, the situation is quite calm and you reach everything you need on foot. The nearest shop is 2 minutes. Walking distance (Netto) or 4 min. (Cape) There are also numerous cafés, brunch shops and restaurants around. If you want to get some more into the green, you'll be on the Bismarkturm or Killesberg by bus.
Our 4 WG currently consists of Paul (23), Ferdinand (26), Lisa (26) and Maureen (25). Maureen moves to Hamburg, which is why the room is released.
We are all professional and sometimes have one or the other day in the home office. Otherwise, everyone likes to do sports in different gyms or can also be found in the popular clubs and bars on weekends.
We all appreciate being able to come home and share our lives as needed. We're happy to do something together. However, if one wishes to withdraw, it is also possible without difficulty. According to the motto "Everything can, nothing must" We do not have a real living room, but we use the spacious hallway with table and chairs and a cozy sofa.
