Hey!! Das Zimmer wird unmöbelliert vermietet. Es befindet sich im schönen Stuttgarter Westen und wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert. Das Zimmer hat 15 Quadratmeter und eine kleine Dachschräge, die einen perfekt dazu einladen sich wohlzufühlen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster zeigt die grünen und schönen Ecken Stuttgarts. Es wird mit Gas geheizt und gekocht, aber keine Sorge das ist gar nicht kompliziert :)

The Wg is a 2-minute walk from the metro stop “Herderplatz” and 6 minutes from the stop “Vogelsang”. You can get to the main railway station in 10 minutes by metro lines U9 or by U2 quickly and directly to the city centre. The Wg is not only very central, but also shows Stuttgart's green corners.
Shops such as Rewe are also within a 6-minute walk. Lidl, Dm and Penny are 2 stops away.
The Wg is located in a safe family district :)

In the Wg, Maxi is 28 years old and has been living here for almost a half years. It is football and Vfb fan and generally a very relaxed and loose type. He works as a full lawyer in a company in Stuttgart.
Dana has been living in the Wg for 3 months. She likes to cook vegetarian, goes to sports and is doing her practical semester at Lidl.
We are always happy when you walk in the kitchen and crawl over your day or weekend.
We live according to the motto: everything can, but nothing has to.

We also have an attic and a basement where things can be stored or laundry can be dried.
