The room has 24 sqm, a wooden floor and high ceilings and is beautifully bright through the many windows. ☀️
Due to the location in the backyard it is also very quiet, you hear nothing from the road :)
We have a nice large kitchen (with dishwasher) that invites you to stay and is actually equipped with everything you need. Our huge bathroom offers enough space to hang up laundry so you never have to have a clothes rack in the room

The location of the apartment could hardly be better. In 2 minutes you will be at the Schloss-/Johannesstraße stop, from which you will get to the city centre or to Marienplatz in nullkommanix. In addition, in 5-10 minutes you can visit Berliner Platz and the Freuersee.
Clubs or bars in the city centre can easily be contested in 15-20 minutes after the end of the train 🍻

In addition to Lidl, Edeka, Rewe and Penny, there are also some of the most popular Stuttgart cafes!

Carina, Alex and Julian will live with you. We are a 4th WG but all have some different daily routines, so we never get into the queer when it comes to who can use the bathroom. We all have our own lives but like to meet in the kitchen on a coffee/cooking or go out and out of time together. Since we are all in employment, the WG is rather calmer and we take account of all this during the week:)

The rent is a flat-rate moet and already includes all additional costs incl. Internet and electricity.
In summer we had to create a new dishwasher, and I would like to have a discount of 165€.
On the windows are Rollos and on two also fly grids that I would leave if you want them. Otherwise, the room will be unfurnished.
