In unserer 3er-WG (mit Katze) wird ab Mitte Februar/März ein Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² groß und möbliert mit: einem Bett mit Stauraum darunter, zwei Bücherregalen und einer Kommode. Es gibt auch genug Platz, um weitere Möbel oder Deko nach deinem Geschmack hinzuzufügen. Die Möblierung kann nach Absprache übernommen werden, dies ist jedoch kein muss.
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne, eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und einen Balkon, der an die Küche angeschlossen ist.

The room is around 12m² large, and comes furnished with: a bed with storage underneath, two bookshelves, and a dresser. There is also plenty of room to add any furniture and decorations you'd like! The apartment has 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower/bath, a kitchen with a laundry machine, and a balcony which is connected to the kitchen.
The location is just great! We are just a few blocks away from Schwabstraße (where all S-Bahn lines hold) and also Schloss-/Johannesstraße (with two subway lines) is right around the corner. We are also right next to a park and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
