In our 3 WG (with cat) a room will be free from mid-February! The room is about 12 m2 and furnished with: a bed with storage space underneath, two bookshelves and a dresser. There is also enough space to add more furniture or decoration to your taste.
Our apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bath tub, a kitchen with washing machine and a balcony connected to the kitchen.

A room in our 3 person (plus cat) apartment will be free starting mid-February. The room is around 12 squared meters large, and comes furnished with: a bed with storage underneath, two bookshelves, and a dresser. There is so plenty of room to add any furniture and decorations you'd like!
The apartment has 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower/bath, a kitchen with a laundry machine, and a balcony which is connected to the kitchen.
The location is just great! We are just a few blocks away from Schwabstraße (where all S-Bahn lines hold) and also Schloss-/Johannesstraße (with two subway lines) is right around the corner. We are also right next to a park and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

You'd live with Chris, Anna and Anna's sweet cat Eva.
Chris and Anna are both master students, super friendly, relaxed and tidy. We have a fixed cleaning plan in which we can get out weekly with tasks such as cleaning, garbage and the like.

Chris and Anna are both master's students, very friendly, chill and clean. We've been consistent with our Putzplan where we rotate each week who cleans the apartment/takes out the trash/etc.
A little hint: The landlord sometimes adjusts the rent when changing (usually only to compensate for inflation).
