Hello dear WG searchers:-)
We are looking for a rental agent for our small but fine, fully furnished WG room. The room has about 12 m2 and is equipped with bed, wardrobe, desk and wardrobe. It has a quite large window, making it very bright. Despite the very central location in the West of Stuttgart, it is quite quiet.
Our kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and all utensils that you can use and there is a small balcony. We have a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a seperates toilet, so you never get into the queer. The room is available on 01.04.25. We are looking for a roommate for at least 6 months, but we are happy to stay longer.
Location
Our WG is located in top location in the beautiful Stuttgarter Westen in Silberburgstraße very close to Hölderlinplatz. In the immediate vicinity are net, cap market, bakery, as well as many bars and restaurants. You can walk in about 15-20 minutes in downtown. The metro to the city centre and the buses to the main railway station are just 2-3 minutes walk away. If you move upwards towards the west you have very quickly beautiful views that you can enjoy during walks.
WG Life
With you will live Betty(26), Linus(28) and Enis(28). Betty is currently working at the architecture office and will make her master thesis from March and then be at the university during the day. Enis works as a civil engineer and is usually only there three days a week, because he swings between Munich and Stuttgart and Linus has decided to study again after a long career and is therefore much on the way to Tübingen. We have all understood our own lives and all very well and like to meet in the kitchen while cooking or go out and out together when it comes. Since we are (mostly) in work, we are rather calm. So we are looking for someone who is best employed (job, internship, graduate work etc) and value for cleanliness.
Other
The warm rental of 420€ includes everything (the furnished room, all additional costs, Internet and cleaning aid, which comes past once a week).
