This beautiful WG room will be free soon, as Shreekant will soon move for professional reasons.
It's a room for rent!
The 15sqm room has a parquet floor and a window to the side of the road, which is closed even in the case of professional traffic, but is quite well isolated. There is a lush number of sockets. Since Shreekant pulls out and the furniture no longer needs, he would pass his furniture with the room. The following furniture is offered: 1x large Ikea wardrobe; 1x large Ikea bed, 1x Ikea night dresser, 1x Ikea desk, 1x large black carpet, 1x office chair. All of these pieces of furniture and carpet are to be purchased for a total of 450€.
There is a spacious living room, which is already equipped with a couch, a coffee table, a TV cabinet with TV, a dining table with 4 chairs (not on the pictures) and two different consoles. Thus, fellow human beings are always welcome for a sociable coexistence!😊
The kitchen is rather medium-sized to small and has quite good facilities with plenty of storage space, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer combo and numerous kitchen appliances. If you still have or find any cool kitchen utensils, please feel free to bring them and set them up 😊
The shared bathroom does not have much storage space, but has a bathtub.
The apartment is located directly on the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße in the direction of Seyfferstraße. From the front door to the S-Bahn you need literal 2 minutes and basically all the lines go along. The underground is also 10 minutes on foot. From the city you can quickly get to the university stop and within a short time in the city direction Feuersee, Mitte and Hbf. But also on foot you get to the city centre.
Relevant shopping facilities (e.g. Edeka, Rewe, LIDL, Penny, Tedi, Bakery) are nearby. Due to the location in the western part of the city you can also find all kinds of things right around the corner, for example an Asian shop, a pub, a carsharing point or a Spanish restaurant.
There are hardly any parking possibilities here in the west and the car park search has so far been very laborious. If you have a vehicle and want to park it nearby, residents' parks are a must.
There is an access to the common courtyard with several multi-family houses, there is a short-term parking space for the LBG for loading and unloading.
You will live with Alexander (or just Alex). He is 31 and currently works as a psychologist in Stuttgart and makes "besides" the further education as a psychotherapist. He basically shows himself as a very relaxed and open-hearted person who appreciates profound discussions on various topics and cozy evenings.
For reasons of time, coexistence tended to be more of a purpose-WG, with community Mitienander & Cooking actually always being in it. As it will be in the future depends, of course, on your wishes.
He likes to go to concerts & festivals, likes to go inline skates, I also like to visit people throughout the Federal Republic regularly. From time to time, friends will be there to visit so that I am usually already planned for the weekend. Society and visit are generally welcome and invited in the WG, except during the week at 3 :-P
The desire for free space is entitled and respected at any time! If you simply want to withdraw after a long day and have your rest, it is, of course, possible. Surely this will also meet you from my side and realistically you will have the apartment of the more open on weekends and sometimes underground for you alone.
As far as the common WG life is concerned, it is true: everything must, nothing must. Nothing has to be forced.
To clarify perhaps critical WG questions in advance: It does not have to shine everywhere, but a certain basic cleanliness is desirable. Therefore, there is a cleaning plan for the shared spaces. There was once the idea of a cleansing power, which arrives weekly, but we did not see the need so far. However, it should not be said that this could not be changed and implemented :-)
Subjects for food and storage space for Krimskrams are generally available, so far we have arranged with each other very well even without clearly defined spaces á la "my compartment your compartment". So far we have been able to talk about everything and agree well - but feel free to express your own wishes here and to shape the coexistence and the WG.
As mentioned, it is a sub-rent, since the subsequent addition of a resident by the LBG is not desired. Under tenants must be approved by the LBG in advance and the Executive Board needs the contact details. This was quite flotted and uncomplicated at Shreekant.
You will complete the sub-rental contract with Alex accordingly. Water/gas/electricity/Internet & GEZ is included in the additional costs mentioned here. Additional fixed costs are not available for the apartment. On the side of the LBG a main tenant is desired, therefore the sub-rent as constellation. Alex wishes a contractual eye height.
