The location is super, 2 minutes to the next underground station, 7 min. To the stop Feuersee (S-Bahn).
Shops (Edeka, Bäcker, Lidl, dm) are all within easy reach.

We have two bathrooms, a living kitchen with everything you need, there is a cellar and a garage where you can park bicycles.
The parking facilities are really good, in the evening we can park in the farm, during the day you will find a parking lot (residential parks)

Die Lage ist super, 2 Minuten zur nächsten U-Bahn Station, 7 min. Zur Haltestelle Feuersee (S-Bahn).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Bäcker, Lidl, dm) alles fussläufig gut zu erreichen.

Wir haben zwei Bäder, eine Wohn- Küche mit allem was man so braucht, es gibt einen Keller und eine Garage, in der man Fahrräder abstellen kann.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind eigentlich ganz gut, abends können wir im Hof parken, tagsüber findet man eigentlich auch sonst immer einen Parkplatz (Bewohnerparken)

Wichtig ist uns ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander.
Wir nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander unter der Woche ist es ruhig und auch am We ist nur in Absprache mit allen etwas los.
Einmal im Monat gibt es einen festen Termin an dem wir uns zusammen setzen und natürlich wenn es sich ergibt. Alles kann, nichts muss.

Am besten wir lernen uns kennen und schauen, ob es passt. Alles andere lässt sich im Gespräch klären.

The room is free from 1.3., but it might be possible to move in earlier.

We have a cleaning power that comes once a week and cleanses the kitchen, floors and bathrooms.

The rooms are rented directly to the landlord, it is fair and cares for everything.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1.3. frei, es wäre aber eventuell auch schon früher möglich einzuziehen.

Wir haben eine Reinigungskraft, die einmal in der Woche kommt und die Küche, die Böden und die Bäder sauber macht.

Die Zimmer werden direkt beim Vermieter angemietet, er ist fair und kümmert sich um alles.
