Central and quiet WG room Zentrales und ruhiges WG-Zimmer

The situation is unbeatable for Stuttgart conditions. The apartment is centrally located in the west of Stuttgart, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. There are two minutes walk to the S-Bahn and Bus Station. The underground station can be reached in 10 minutes.
The way to the city centre as well as to the university campus Vaihingen can be traced in a few minutes. There is also a gym in the street.

Die Lage ist für Stuttgarter Verhältnisse unschlagbar. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stuttgarter Westen, umgeben von Cafés, Restaurants, Supermärkten und Bars. Zur S-Bahn und Bus Station sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Die U-Bahn Station ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Weg in das Stadtzentrum sowie auch zum Uni-Campus Vaihingen ist so in wenigen Minuten zurückzulegen. In der Straße befindet sich außerdem ein Gym.

In addition to me, Chris (30) and Darcy (28) live in the WG. Chris studies aerospace technology and is very versatile and sporty. Its most popular activities include paragliding and climbing. Darcy is originally from Australia and has recently completed his studies at the University of Stuttgart. He is now involved in a start-up. He likes to cook and bake.

I used to live in the WG for 1 year. In the backyard you can grill great or invite friends to a glass of wine.
The WG would of course be happy if you actively contribute. Here the handling is appreciated.

Aktuell wohnen in der WG außer mir noch Chris (30) und Darcy (28). Chris studiert Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik und ist sehr vielseitig und sportlich unterwegs. Zu seinen beliebtesten Aktivitäten gehört das Gleitschirmfliegen und Klettern. Darcy kommt ursprünglich aus Australien und hat kürzlich sein Studium an der Uni Stuttgart abgeschlossen. Er ist jetzt an einem Start-up beteiligt. Er kocht und backt super gerne.

Ich bin selbst hab 1 Jahr in die WG gewohnt. Im Hinterhof lässt sich super grillen oder auch Freunde auf ein Glas Wein einladen.
Die WG würde sich selbstverständlich freuen wenn ihr euch aktiv einbringt. Hier wird der Umgang miteinander geschätzt.

Our kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a dishwasher and a new refrigerator top. There is a small pantry where we store food and beverage supplies.
The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet and a practical clothes rack, a washing machine and a large, illuminated mirror.
In the large closet in the hallway is space for shoes, the vacuum cleaner, cleaning agent, tool etc. The landlords want someone of mind. 1 year in order to avoid a constant change.
Furthermore, we have a great backyard that can be used in the summer super for reading, eating and being together in the evening.
The apartment also includes a basement compartment, for example by being able to park wheels super.

Unsere Küche ist mit einem Gasherd, einer Spülmaschine und einem neuen Kühlschrank top ausgestattet. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Speisekammer, in der wir Essens- und Getränkevorräte verstauen.
Zum Bad gehört neben der Dusche, einer Toilette und einem praktischen Wäscheständer noch die Waschmaschine und ein großer, beleuchteter Spiegel.
Im großen Wandschrank im Flur ist Platz für Schuhe, den Staubsauger, Putzmittel, Werkzeug etc.. Die Vermieter wünschen sich jemand der mind. 1 Jahr drin bleibt um einen ständigen wechsel zu vermeiden.
Weiterhin haben wir einen tollen Hinterhof den man im Summer super zum Lesen, Essen und abends Beisammensein nutzen kann.
Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil, indem z.B. auch Räder super abgestellt werden können.
