The room is about 25 m ² and is located in an apartment on the 4th floor (the top). It has two windows overlooking the courtyard and its terrace. Because of its location it is very quiet and there is little noise. The room is sunny all day.
There is no elevator, but you get used to the stairs:)
The apartment is a duplex apartment. The kitchen, the toilet and two other rooms of the WG are located below. Another room, as well as the large bathroom with shower, bath, washing machine and dryer, are one level higher.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m² groß und befindet sich in einer Wohnung im 4. Stock (dem obersten). Es hat zwei Fenster mit Blick auf den Innenhof und seine Terrasse. Aufgrund seiner Lage ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt kaum Lärm. Das Zimmer ist den ganzen Tag über sonnig.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber man gewöhnt sich an die Treppen :)
Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonettewohnung. Die Küche, die Toilette und zwei weitere Zimmer der WG befinden sich unten. Ein weiteres Zimmer sowie das große Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner (Luxus😄) befinden sich eine Ebene höher.
Wir haben kein separates Wohnzimmer, aber alle Zimmer sind groß genug für deine eigene Couch und deine Mitbewohner.
Wir haben unseren eigenen trockenen Keller mit viel Stauraum.
Wir haben keinen Balkon, aber es gibt eine kleine Grünfläche vor der Garage, die genutzt werden kann (Blick aus dem Zimmer).
Es gibt auch einen reservierten Parkplatz für unsere Wohnung. Der Besucherparkplatz dürfen wir Freitags nutzen und am Wochenende je nach dem wer zuerst kommt 😄.
Die Miete ist 589€ warm und die sonstigen Nebenkosten (Wlan und Internet) sind ca. 15€.
Das zimmer wird leergeräumt, es bleibt nur einer der beiden großen Schränke im Zimmer stehen (Wiederverkaufpreis zu diskutieren).
Wir befinden uns im schönen Stuttgart West und haben eine Bushaltestelle (Seyfferstraße) direkt vor der Haustür.
Die S-Bahn Station Schwabstraße ist in weniger als 2 min zu erreichen.
Man ist also immer super angebunden und schnell in der Stadt.
Außer die große Straße ist es bei uns ziemlich ruhig und einige Meter entfernt gibt es Restaurants und Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe, Dm etc.).
