vorab: das Zimmer wäre auch schon Ende Februar verfügbar und muss auf jeden Fall bis Ende August genommen werden. Optional kann auch der September dazugenommen werden. 🕺🏻
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist schön geschnitten, verfügt über zwei kleine Fenster und ist ruhig an der Seite des Innenhofs gelegen. Die Möbel werden in der Zeit im Zimmer bleiben, du hast also alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Wir haben neben unserer Küche und den zwei Bädern einen Kellerabteil und einen gemeinschaftlichen Fahrradkeller für alle Hausbewohner. Highlights am Haus sind unser toller Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Tischtennis-Platte und unser Grill. :)
The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by many nice cafes / bars / restaurants and a large communal garden with table tennis table.
You run 10min to the city centre, 5min to the Schwabstraße and the Feuersee (S-Bahn and Bus) and 3min to the Schloss-Johannesstraße (U-Bahn).
Rewe, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, DM are very easy to reach.
Our WG has been designed as very harmonious, friendly and always well-launted. We always find someone to talk, cook or watch movies and we often do something together. We are also happy to use our large garden to play table tennis or volleyball or go to a café or a bar to drink something.
We are very happy about applications from men, even though only women live here. 🤗

Betty (26) studies corporate communication at HdM and is at the start of any activity, whether sporting, creative or relaxed. With her cordial style she always brings good mood to the WG!🌞
Tabea (24) also studies corporate communication at HdM. She is there on every night of the game and never says to a movie evening.🦦
Chiara (22) is at our WG and ready to explore Stuttgart for 6 months. 🕺🏻
Pauline (20) studies Media Entertainment at HdM and is our chick of the WG. She is always looking forward to company and business. 🐥
Laura (27) studies corporate communication at HdM like Tabea and Betty. It is always inspiring for companies of all kinds. 🌻
