Hello dear future roommates,
in our Mädels-WG will be free in early March 2025 - so we are looking for a fourth in the covenant for the last free room.
Who are we?
Sarah: I am 27 years old and have been living in the WG for 2.5 years. I work at Kärcher in Winnenden in innovation management. I am a very warm and open person, but I would be rather calm in everyday life. I like to watch a movie in the evening, eat something delicious in bed or chat in the kitchen for a short time. Just after a long working day, I like to move back to my own 4 walls. On weekends, I'm happy to be in town, like to celebrate and look forward to meeting you.
Jessi: I am 24 years old. I moved to the WG in early October as I started my Master in Media Management at HdM in Stuttgart. In my spare time I like to meet with friends or watch the latest episodes Trash TV.☺️ Otherwise, in my spare time, I try to take up sports, which sometimes works less well.😅 To a glass of aperol in the evening, of course, I never say no.🥳
Alisa: I am 23 years old and start my internship at Mercedes from January. In my spare time I like to play tennis and go to the gym, but enjoy a relaxed evening - whether reading, cooking or a episode of Trash TV.
Who are we looking for?
So far we have always had a very relaxed and relaxed coexistence and a very warm community where everyone has an open ear for the other when a day doesn't go so well or we're updating over the latest stories. Of course, however, everyone has their freedom when there is more leisure or work stress. In coexistence, the exchange between us and an open and honest way is very important.

Where will you live?
In the pictures you can see clothes racks, a dresser, TV, desk + chair and a bed. These things stay in the room and are rented.
The apartment is super modern and was freshly renovated about 3 years ago. The price for the room includes everything: a cleaning woman for the common rooms in the apartment (1 times monthly) and internet flat DSL. A TV is already pre-installed in the room. By the way, the walls are also very well insulated, so if everyone in his room is heard only a little from each other.
You don't need to bring anything, we have everything you need in everyday life: pots, dishes, washing machine, ironing board, dishwasher etc. everything is provided by the landlord.
Bathroom and toilet are also separated, which is super skillful in a 4 WG and makes everyday life easier, should it become more stressful once in the morning.
The apartment in Stuttgart-Westen is super nice and quiet located directly on a park, from your room you even have a view of the green. If you want, you can get out of the door and you're in the Leipzig Park right away, where you can relax in the sun. About 500m from the apartment borders a forest piece that is ideal for jogging or sports.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are Leipziger Platz, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and everything else you need to live.
Near (max. 5 min walk) the apartment is located:
- Bus stop Leipziger Platz
- Metro stop Schwab/-Bebelstraße
- S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße
Each 5 minutes drive one from these to the city of Stuttgart (the driving time is about 5 minutes to the city centre, whether it is the Schlossplatz / Hauptbahnhof / Stadtmitte).
