Bei der 3-Zimmer-Wohnung handelt es sich um einen sanierten Altbau, Küche und Bad sind modern eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle elektronischen Geräte vorhanden, die man so braucht, also Spülmaschine, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Die Küche dient dank einem kleinen Esstisch auch als Gemeinschaftsraum.
