Dual student looking for WG room from June 2025 Duale Studentin sucht WG-Zimmer ab Juni 2025

Hello dear WG members and landlords,

my name is Philomena, I am 22 years old and I study at DHBW Stuttgart International Business.
If the study allows, I like to spend cozy evenings with friends, bake little things, go for a walk or play a little piano. Otherwise, I want to start to go jogging and maybe do yoga or ballet from home.

I am looking for an unfurnished non-smoking WG room in Stuttgart from June 2025 (I will be abroad in Finland by May). It may be that after May I will be abroad again for a shorter period (between 1 and 4 months). But since this is not yet safe and I would like to find a room in the longer term, I am already looking. At best it is an indefinite room with at least 15sqm for a maximum of 500 €total rental without other additional costs - preferably in the districts of Birkach, Botnang, Degerloch, Möhringen, East, South, Vaihingen and West with good public service connection.
It would be great if the roommates were still in education or study.
Maybe your WG is a WG in which you don't feel lonely, you like to do something together (for example play a round table kicker:), but everyone still has time for themselves (so no purpose-wG).

mein Name ist Philomena, ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere an der DHBW Stuttgart International Business.
Wenn das Studium es zulässt, verbringe ich gerne gemütliche Abende mit Freunden, backe Kleinigkeiten, gehe spazieren oder spiele ein bisschen Klavier. Ansonsten möchte ich jetzt wieder anfangen, ab und zu joggen zu gehen und vielleicht Yoga oder Ballett von zu Hause aus zu machen.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem unmöblierten Nichtraucher-WG-Zimmer ab Juni 2025 in Stuttgart (Ich werde bis Mai im Auslandssemester in Finnland sein). Es kann sein, dass ich nach Mai nochmal für einen kürzeren Zeitraum im Ausland sein werde (zwischen 1 und 4 Monaten). Da das aber noch nicht sicher ist und ich gerne längerfristig ein Zimmer finden würde, bin ich jetzt schon auf der Suche. Bestenfalls ist es ein unbefristetes Zimmer mit mindestens 15qm für maximal 500€ Gesamtmiete ohne sonstige zusätzliche Kosten - vorzugsweise in den Stadtteilen Birkach, Botnang, Degerloch, Möhringen, Ost, Süd, Vaihingen und West mit guter ÖPNV-Anbindung.
Toll wäre es, wenn die Mitbewohner auch noch in der Ausbildung oder im Studium sind.
Vielleicht ist ja eure/Ihre WG eine WG, in der man sich nicht einsam fühlt, gerne etwas zusammen unternimmt (zum Beispiel eine Runde Tischkicker spielen :)), aber trotzdem jeder noch Zeit für sich hat (also keine Zweck-WG).
