Hello 🌞 I rent my room as I am not in Stuttgart for a few months.
The room is slightly smaller with a floor area of 12sqm, with a separate dressing room (!), already equipped with a shelf system. The large window provides enough daylight in the room. Due to the orientation to the back of the house towards the courtyard, it is pleasantly quiet at any time. The room is furnished with bed, bedside table, dresser, shelf, mirror and desk.
The location of the WG is really very good. In 4min, the underground station Olgaeck (U5,6,7,12,15) and from there aud at about 5min at the Hbf. Charlottenplatz (U1,2,4,9,11,14) is a 7-minute walk away. The city centre has a relaxed 8th place to the castle in 10min. You can also walk home after celebration or a bar tour.
An Edeka and Lidl are right around the corner and of course there are bakers, bars, restaurants etc. The castle garden is ideal for a jogging round, the sunset is best enjoyed with Aperol Spray in the WG, in the park of Villa Scheufelen (3min) or at Eugensplatz (5min).
I am Jana (24) and must leave our WG really heavy heart for a few months. My or your future roommates are then Paula (26) and Pauline (24). Paula works full time in a project consulting firm and has been living in the WG for several years. Pauline moved in October as she started her Master in Corporate Communication at HdM. Living together is quite relaxed. In addition to your own activities you can walk in the living room or in the kitchen over the way and a social coexistence is created by yourself. The joint actions include film evenings, cinemas and, of course, also occasional grandiose WG parties. There has not been any reason to introduce a fixed cleaning plan, which should, if possible, remain the same. Depending on requirements, a joint cleaning action is started every 1-2 weeks and rounded off with common cooking or eating. This, of course, requires a certain basic discipline with regard to cleanliness.
There is a large green backyard where you can sunbathe or eat in the fresh air. Places can be rented in the underground garage. There is also a bicycle cellar and a separate basement compartment for each apartment. We also have a WG-own storage chamber in the 3rd OG. So sufficient storage space is provided :)
Kehrwoche takes over the cleaning service. The costs for internet are already included in the warm rental. It is a sub-rental contract because Paula and Pauline are the main tenants.
