Hey,
we, Toni (34, software developer), Charlie (23, media designer and student), Uli (36, product manager Digital), are looking for you as a new roommate for a bright room with balcony (1st floor) in our beautiful WG.
The 25 m2 room is furnished:
bed, mattress, bedside table, closet, shelving, lamp, curtains, chair
The apartment has:
- 2 toilets
- Shower
- bathtub
- Dining room
- Living room
- Kitchen with full equipment (fridge, freezer, ceramic glass hob with 4 cooking zones, oven, microwave)
- washing machine
- 2 balconies each sharing 2 rooms. Participate in the sunny balcony to the quiet backyard with Toni.
The train station Bad Cannstatt is just 5 minutes (350 m) on foot. From there you can easily reach the city centre with the S-Bahn lines S1, S2, S3 (one stop to Stuttgart Main Station). In the immediate vicinity you also have bus and subway connections. The city beach, the Cannstatter Carré with many shopping facilities, the water, vineyards, mineral baths and much more you can find around the house.
The apartment is located in a quiet location on the edge of the pedestrian area of the Old Town of Cannstatt and is located in the 1st. OG of a multi-family house.
If necessary, you can also rent your own parking space available to the WG.
Everything can, nothing has to. We can all work very well on our own, but we also like to do something together like cooking, eating, talking, sports activities. Specifically, we are not a purpose WG. Open communication, a healthy level of cleanliness and a shared relationship are important to us.
Your future roommates:
- Toni (Antonius) is 34, software developer, works more often in home office, in his spare time is happy to be out on the go while climbing and kayaking. He likes to cook and is always open to film evenings.
- Charlie (Charlotte) is 23, media designer and studies audio-visual media at the University of Media. In her spare time she likes to play piano and is enthusiastic about movies and series. She also likes to cook together and goes to the cinema or concerts.
- Uli (Ulrike) is 36, product manager Digital in a media house, is inspiring for any sports, makes aerobatics, likes cooking, likes to eat, like social games, likes to go to cultural events and concerts.
