Hello dear seekers,
My pretty room will be released on 15.02 (if necessary also 01.03) and now I'm looking for a rental agent. Since we like it very much in a girl WG, we are happy to have female requests.
The room is 13sqm, has a large window through which a lot of light comes in all day. The window board is relatively large and I practically used it as a make-up table. The window also has a roller blind and a bar with curtains that will stay in the room. The room will be unfurnished, so you will have enough space to set up as you like ☀️
Our apartment is in the great west right at the Kräherwald, where you can go super well for a walk or jogging if you need some fresh air and a break from learning;)
Supermarkets such as Rewe, Net, Edeka and CAP are also quickly achieved.
Right in front of our front door is the stop Kräherwald and also the night bus stops right with us, who often brought Lilli and me home after the celebration :) To the University of Stuttgart or to the Hbf you drive for 10 minutes. The city centre is 15 min.
There are also many free parking spaces here if you have a car.
Ich lasse bei meinem Auszug leider die drei liebgewonnenen Mädels Lilli, Berit und Celine zurück, die jetzt eine lustige & entspannte neue Mitbewohnerin suchen 🍵
Lilli studiert Architektur an der Uni Stuttgart, Berit macht eine Ausbildung zur Jugenderzieherin und Cel studiert Media Publishing an der Hochschule der Medien.
Da Cel von März bis Oktober fürs Praktikum in Hamburg ist, zieht Pia als Untermiete für diesen Zeitraum ein. Sie studiert an der DHBW in Stuttgart und ist auch super lieb :)
Mit allen kann man prima Zeit verbringen wie auf Flohmärkte gehen, Klamotten tauschen, zusammen kochen, Filme schauen, Aperol trinken, Gossip teilen, spazieren gehen, study sessions machen oder jeder genießt ganz unkompliziert seine Me-Time 🧖🏼♀️
Unsere Wohnung ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht und im Keller haben wir eine eigene Waschmaschine & Abteil für einigen Krimskrams. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, was auch sehr praktisch ist bei vier Personen.
