Rooms in beautiful attic apartment Zimmer in wunderschöner Dachgeschosswohnung

The apartment is in the middle of the Heusteigviertel in Stuttgart-Mitte. There are a great many restaurants and shops here, for example at the pizzeria right around the corner you can get a great quick pizza. At night you always get home great, because you can almost always run (from the town hall about 10-15 min / red fridge place about 15 min etc.) A Rewe City and a Lidl are within a 5-minute walk.

Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Heusteigviertel in Stuttgart-Mitte. Hier gibt's super viele Restaurants und Shops, z.B. bei der Pizzeria direkt ums Eck kann man super ne schnelle Pizza holen. Nachts kommt man eigentlich immer super heim, weil man fast immer Laufen kann (vom Rathaus ca. 10-15 min / Rotebühlplatz ca. 15 min usw.) Ein Rewe City und ein Lidl sind jeweils in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Daniel and Miri live in the WG. The apartment is perfect to invite people and cook together or to grill on the terrace or to chill only with the WG on the sofa and watch Netflix. We are always open to new people and we are happy if you want to invite your friends.

Daniel is 27 years old and works as a development engineer at Mercedes. He founded the WG 3 years ago and is always available for small beauty projects (or new plants!) in the apartment. Daniel is also generally motivated, especially for small detour in shock or Mrs. Jones. ‡

Miri is 34 years old and has only been living in the WG since last year. She works at the University of Tübingen and as an absolute Stuttgart lover she is always at the exploration of new foodspots, cafes and yoga classes in our neighborhood. Miri is always in a good mood for all kinds of activities. And you can be sure that once you have nothing to eat, she always likes to cook for you. ‡

We have a cleaning plan, we don't have an absolute cleaning fright, but we're sure to keep an eye on order and cleanliness. EU-15

In der WG wohnen Daniel und Miri. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, um Leute einzuladen und gemeinsam zu kochen oder auf der Terrasse zu grillen oder nur mit der WG auf dem Sofa zu chillen und Netflix zu schauen. Wir sind immer offen für neue Leute und freuen uns, wenn du Lust hast, deine Freunde einzuladen.

Daniel ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Entwicklungsingenieur bei Mercedes. Er hat die WG vor 3 Jahren gegründet und ist immer für kleine Verschönerungsprojekte (oder neue Pflanzen!) in der Wohnung zu haben. Daniel ist auch generell immer motiviert, besonders auch für kleine Abstecher ins Schocken oder Mrs. Jones. 😅

Miri ist 34 Jahre alt und wohnt erst seit letztem Jahr in der WG. Sie arbeitet an der Uni Tübingen und ist als absolute Stuttgart-Liebhaberin immer am Exploren neuer Foodspots, Cafés und Yoga Classes in unserer Nachbarschaft. Miri ist eigentlich immer gut gelaunt und für alle möglichen Aktivitäten zu haben. Und du kannst dir sicher sein, wenn du mal nichts zum Essen hast, kocht sie immer gern für dich mit. 😋

Wir haben einen Putzplan, wir haben keinen absoluten Putzfimmel, aber achten auf jeden Fall auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. ☝️
