Beautiful, bright room in three WG on the ground floor of a multi-family house. The room is unfurnished. It has about 15 square meters and as in the whole WG a high ceiling . Through the two large windows, enough daylight always reaches the room. It is heated by means of a gas central heating system which supplies the WG via a floor heating system.
The WG includes three WG rooms, a centrally arranged modern kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks.
The WG is located in the middle of Stuttgart Hedelfingen. Two minutes walk you will find the final stop of the U13 and U9 lines, with which you will be in 10 minutes at the next S-Bahn stop or in 15 minutes in downtown. In addition, the bus lines 62, 65 and 103 depart exactly next to it. With these you can reach the S-Bahn stop Obertürkheim even in 5 minutes.
There are plenty of shops. 5 minutes walk away, you will find Aldi, Rewe, Bakeries and other specialty stores. Right around the corner is to find a penny market.
There are also berths for the evening recreation. There are several restaurants, a café and a Shishabar. If you need more choice, this is not a problem due to the ÖPNV, as night buses also run.
All nature lovers are also provided. Via various seasons you can reach the vineyards within 5 minutes or in 10 minutes to the Neckar.
The community in our WG will be great! Whether cooking sessions, cozy gathering or out of the house. Joint activities are not in the way of the proximity to the city or the vineyards, even to escape from everyday study or work. But if you need some time for yourself, this is no problem at all.
To our people. We're Manuela, Sonja and Felix.
Manuela is our chick in the WG and will unfortunately leave us. She is currently training dental professionals. Leaves the cooking spoon almost every evening and is always open to a chat.
Sonja 27 has been expanding in Stuttgart's largest event company for one year. So you always know what's going on in the city and what insiders there are. In her spare time she always goes after some small creative hobbies, books or is deepened to a series marathon. Always like to have for cafes. Concerts or other activities.
Felix is our WG-Opa. With his proud 29 years he left his studies behind and now works as a project manager. His greatest hobby is music. Fim music did it to him. Therefore he likes to sit on the guitar or composes himself. He is always open-minded and has an open ear.
