Dein Zimmer in der WG befindet sich im EG und die WG hat noch zwei weitere Zimmer. Und kostet 502€ warm. In denen wohnen Deine künftigen Mitbewohner. Wenn man zur Haustüre reinkommt steht man direkt in der Küche. Dusche und WC sind zwei getrennte Räume. Es kommt also nicht zum Stau, auch bei längeren Sitzungen ;) Wir haben eine kleine Besenkammer und einen Kellerraum. Mit einer Waschmaschine ist die WG auch ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer selbst hat 14 m^2 und es passt alles rein was man so braucht. Den Kleiderschrank kann ich Dir ohne Ablöse dalassen. Das Fenster geht direkt ins Grüne. Ein Rollladen, der das Tageslicht komplett abblockt ist auch installiert. Fliegengitter gibt auch ;)

Your room in flat share is on the ground floor and has two more rooms upstairs. The total rent (incl heating) is 502€. Your future flatmates live in these rooms. When you walk through the front door, you are directly in the kitchen. The shower and WC are two separate rooms. So there's no congestion, even during long sittings ;) We have a small storage room and a basement. The flat share is also equipped with a washing machine.
The room itself has a good size of 14 square metres and everything you need fits in. I can leave you the wardrobe without having to pay for it. The window looks directly onto the greenery. A roller shutter that completely blocks out daylight has also been installed.
Die WG ist sehr zentral in Stuttgart gelegen und befindet sich direkt hinter dem Katharinenhospital in Nord. Die WG ist super an die Öffis angebunden und alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht gibt es auch in der direkten Umgebung.

The shared flat is very central in Stuttgart and is located directly behind the Katharinenhospital in Nord. The shared flathas excellent public transport connections and everything you need for daily life is in the immediate vicinity.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind beide Berufstätig. Beide sind recht entspannte und nette Zeitgenossen. Die WG ist irgendwas zwischen Zweck-WG und nicht Zweck-WG. Wir kochen ab und zu mal gemeinsam was oder trinken ein Bierchen. Man hat auf jeden Fall ein gutes Auskommen mit allen. Jedes Wochenende putzen wir gemeinsam die WG einmal. Emanuel ist Projektmanager in der Architekturbranche und Farid ist Koch.

Your future flatmates are both working. Both are laid back and nice people. The flat share is something between a functional flat share and a non-functional flat share. We occasionally cook a meal together or have a beer. We definitely get on well with everyone. We clean the shared flat together once every weekend. Emanuel is a project manager in the architecture industry and Farid is a chef.
