Hi :
we are Betty, Rebecca, Lukas and Melinda and are looking for someone to rent for my (Melindas) room.
Location:
We just live in the best location in Stuttgart! The apartment is located between the Lehenviertel and the Heusteigviertel, where there are many sweet cafés, bars and supermarkets nearby. You can walk in 9 minutes at Marienplatz and in 10-15 minutes in the city centre. Nearly in front of the front door is the bus stop Markuskirche. From here you can also walk up to the teahouse for 20 minutes and have a wonderful view of Stuttgart.
The room:
My room is approx. 25sqm tall and very bright as it has 3 windows. My furniture stay inside, included are a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, shoe rack, dresser, desk and chair.
WG life:
We're a mixed Wg and all have a different daily routine. Nevertheless, you meet again and again on the corridor or in the kitchen and are happy to talk to each other. But if someone wants to move back, that is, of course, all right!
Rent:
Internet, GEZ and additional costs are already included in the rental price. However, we have a cleaning aid which cleanses the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway) weekly, we would pay 30€ on top for each person.
