Hello,
we are looking for a renter for an approx. 16 sqm room. The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, desk, bed, chair, lamp, dresser and armchair. The room is on the sunny side, so it is very bright during the day and you always get a little sun. It is cozy and there is enough room for further furniture.

Location

The WG has a very good location, as the Hbf can be reached in 5 minutes by bus and also in the city center there are no 10 min. Supermarkets and gas stations are within walking distance. If you want to walk to the city, this is also not a problem, as it is possible with a small walk with many green areas. The nearest railway connection is also reachable on foot in 10 minutes, making the location ideal for experiencing a big city. Restaurants, such as bars are also very close, whether in the city centre or in the cozy East. Despite the proximity of the city, it is a quiet cozy neighborhood that offers a friendly atmosphere in the summer.

WG life

Silvio and Nikolas live with you. We maintain a friendly relationship with each other. Cooking evenings, game evenings, a drink or just talk to each other is always in our place. We wish someone with whom this can be continued. We are both very communicative, humorous and like friendships. Of course there is also a changing cleaning plan. Nervig, but if you share the task, it's not that bad anymore.

In addition to all the fun and joint activities, there is, of course, always time to learn if you want to make the room door and be undisturbed, of course, this is not a problem.

Zimmer

Hallo,
wir suchen einen Nachmieter für ein ca. 16 qm großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert mit Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, Stuhl, Lampe, Kommode und einem Sessel. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Sonnenseite weshalb es tagsüber sehr hell ist und man immer ein bisschen Sonne abkriegt. Es ist gemütlich und für weitere Möbel ist genug Platz vorhanden.

Lage

Die WG hat eine sehr gute Lage, da der Hbf in 5 min durch den Bus erreichbar ist und auch in die Innenstadt sind es keine 10 min. Supermärkte und Tankstellen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Falls man mal zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen möchte, ist das auch kein Problem, da das mit einem kleinen Spaziergang mit vielen Grünflächen möglich ist. Die nächste Bahnanbindung ist zu fuß auch in 10 min erreichbar, was die Lage ideal zum erleben einer Großstadt macht. Restaurants, so wie Bars sind auch ganz in der Nähe, egal ob in der Innenstadt oder im gemütlichen Ost. Trotz der Stadtnähe, ist es ein ruhiger gemütlicher Stadtteil, der gerade im Sommer eine freundliche Wohlfühl Atmosphäre bietet.

WG-Leben

Mit dir wohnen Silvio und Nikolas. Wir pflegen einen freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander. Kochabende, Spieleabende, etwas trinken oder einfach miteinander quatschen ist bei uns immer drin. Wir wünschen uns jemanden mit dem das auch so fortgeführt werden kann. Wir sind beide sehr Kommunikativ, humorvoll und pflegen gerne Freundschaften. Natürlich gibt es auch einen Wechselnden Putzplan. Nervig, aber wenn man sich die Aufgabe teilt ist es gar nicht mehr so schlimm.


Neben all dem Spaß und gemeinsamen Aktivitäten gibt es natürlich auch immer Zeit zum Lernen, falls man mal die Zimmertür zu macht und ungestört sein möchte, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem.
