Die Wohnung bietet eine Einbauküche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, als auch WC und ein Balkon.

Ganz mobiliert - Fernseher, Tisch, Stuhl, Waschmachine, Sofa, Bett, Kuhlschrank usw...alles sind schon da..

2 Minuten zu Fuß für die U-Bahn und die Supermarkt sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Rühiger Lage und gute Umgebung.

Ich arbeite von zu Hause und strebe ein harmonisches Miteinander und aktives WG-Leben an. Umweltbewusstsein und Bezug zur Natur sind mir sehr wichtig.

Nacktheit sollte kein Problem für dich darstellen. Wenn du anfangs noch etwas Hemmungen bei dem Thema hast, ist das völlig OK. Das ist der Normalfall und gibt sich nach meiner Erfahrung recht schnell.
Du musst auch keineswegs immerzu nackt sein, aber du solltest kein Problem damit haben und teilnehmen willst, wenn ich oder meine Freunde nackt in der WG sind, was im Sommer bei entsprechenden Temperaturen der Normalfall sein wird. :)
