Our spacious old building apartment offers everything the heart desires and massive space.
Some of the highlights:

Your room is bright and has about 20sqm. The room is approximately square, allowing furniture to be placed very well. There's a lot of light coming through a large window front. In front of the room are some trees, which is why you look nice in the green. In winter, a large radiator ensures that it remains warm.

The rent includes ancillary costs, internet costs and GEZ fees ("all in" so to speak).
The room is available from the beginning of March until the end of October. If you want to move in sooner or later, let's discuss this. :
The location is great. A little half-high position, a little green outside and a little quieter than usual for the West. Nevertheless, you are quickly in the city centre, at the main station or elsewhere. Of course you hear some traffic noise.
The 44's bus is a minute's walk away, with it you will be at the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße in less than 5 minutes, where all S-Bahn lines will be held. The 92 bus and the subway U2 and U34 at Herderplatz are also not 10 minutes away. The X2 bus also runs directly from/to Leonberg.
Who wants to run down to the west. In about 12 minutes you can visit Tarte & Törtchen, Metzgerei, Lumen etc.
Shops near the run are available at the Rewe (with bakers) in the Rotenwaldstraße or at the Westbahnhof with Aldi, Lidl and the Benz beverage market as well as an Obi-Baumarkt (with bakers).

Our WG life is relaxed and simple. We like to sit together and talk, cook or eat together or drink a beer together. This usually results spontaneously when it just fits and is not a "must". Everyone can and may also withdraw if he/she wishes to rest. We like to talk about the big and small things in life and share our everyday life. A certain family atmosphere is important to us.
We have all deliberately opted for a WG life and the community is important to us. Therefore we would like to have a roommate who ticks similar and has fun in common cooking, activities, a beer / wine / gin tonic or a cozy entertainment in the spacious kitchen.
We feed mostly vegetarian and look forward to not having a thick steak on a daily basis. ; We are all non-smoking and therefore do not want smokers as roommates.
If you are a life-loving, warm and uncomplicated person, then you could fit us. It's good if you're already bringing WG experience. We care about each other and that a certain cleanliness is important to you.
