The room is about 2 meters wide and about 4.5 meters long. The floor is new, laminate floor in dark wood style. There is a window at the end of the room with a well-functioning heating under it. The wall at the end of the room is partly oblique because of the roof. Insulated it is quite good here, but in summer it can be quite warm. In any case, it is completely sufficient if you do not have too many things, very satisfactory for those who only need a room for a limited period, e.g. duty internship. But can also be rented in the long term, this is probably even more pleasant for the fellow residents of the WG.
Furniture are already inside, but must be taken over for a fee of 160 euros. You can then leave the next tenant for the same cost. (Consisting of: table, adjustable desk chair on rollers, black shelf, bed with mattress, coat rack)
The situation can't be better. The bus stop is right in front of the front door. By bus you can go directly to Stuttgart Main Station or walk about 10 minutes. From there everything else can be achieved. Otherwise, the buses drive in front of the front door towards Stuttgart Ost.
With one of the buses, you can drive to the east for about 7 minutes to a road where there are two large Rewe's, a DM, a Norma and a few more shops.
I hope everyone is aware, but better said again: the station in Stuttgart has been a construction site for eternity, which is why the connection from the S-Bahn and the buses to the train train trains is a stupid detour of another 5 minutes on foot.
Life in the WG is very relaxed, most of which are out of the house due to studying during the day. Unfortunately, there is also no living room, which is why most contact in the kitchen happens. The roommates are all students who study something in the technical field. They are all nice and very dear people who respect everyone's privacy and demand it themselves. Nevertheless, it often happens that you get used to eating in the kitchen for good conversations. It's a great atmosphere here.
There is a cleaning plan, but it is more likely to follow after demand. The bathroom is equipped with sink and shower and washing machine for all. The toilet is an extra room. The kitchen is great, there is plenty of space and there is a dishwasher, 4 stoves, an oven, microwave and 2 refrigerators. Kitchen utensils are all here and can be used.
Desired is a renter who is up to 25 years old.
