Hello together🌻
I am Mitra and my roommate pulls out and seeks a new roommate for a relaxed WG life. The room is 25 sqm, has a large double window and is accordingly bright.
The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of a multi-family house and has 3 rooms and a balcony.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The 3rd room is used as a dining/living room.
The person who takes the room has the opportunity to become the main tenant of the house, as our landlord prefers a one-time payment😁

The apartment is located in the popular West of Stuttgart, just 3 minutes from Schwab-/Bebelstraße Underground Station and 10 minutes from Schwabstraße S-Bahn Station. S-Bahn and subway turn from here in all directions.
In the immediate vicinity there is an Edeka, Lidl, dm and many cafés/restaurants. These are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
The room is located in a quiet area with playground, the balcony towards the courtyard. Despite the super central location, it is quietly located.

I'm 30 years old and working as an architect. It is very important to me that living together is relaxed and harmonious and we do things together when it suits us. However, I would like to have a roommate who also works and has her own free space. Also for a common tea evening and chat I am to have 😊
