The room is 14 m2 tall, facing (south) west and very bright through the large windows. In the room there is bed (1.40m), wardrobe with wardrobe and a desk + chair. I would clear the closet and the desk for you so that you can have enough space for your clothes, books and other things. If you need more space for your stuff, you can also bring something. You feel comfortable here!
The WG is located in the heart of Bad Cannstatt. In about 5 minutes walk you have all the shopping facilities you need. You are also well connected here, to the next underground station Uff-Kirchhof are approx. 3 minutes and to the train station Bad Cannstatt (SBahn, Regionalbahn) about 10 minutes. By underground you can reach Stuttgart Main Station and SBahn in 12 minutes. Regio needs about 3 minutes. If you want to go for a drink, there are a few pubs in the area where you can fuck.
Roommates would be Thorben (30). He is fresh from his master's degree and works in urban planning. He's doing a lot of sports, like being out there, but he's going around in pubs or going to a techno party. Levin (22) our boys' pussy of the WG, although he isn't a boy's pussy anymore. He started his master's degree in the field of BWL this semester, also makes a lot and likes sports or moves around the houses with friends.
The specified rent of 350€ already includes all additional costs.
