Hey together, in my WG in the beautiful West of Stuttgart, two rooms are released from February. The "smaller" room is about 20 sqm (575€), the larger approx. 22- 24 sqm (590€) including additional costs. The rooms are both quiet and bright. In addition, a great real wood parquet floor is laid in the entire apartment. Since we live on the 4th floor, we have a beautiful view over the roofs of Stuttgart.

The WG is located in the best location on the Bismarckplatz in the West of Stuttgart, so everything can be easily reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity there are several shops (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, DM,...) as well as restaurants, cafes and bars. The subway stop Schwab-/Bebelstraße is no five minutes walk and the S-Bahn stop Schwabstraße is about a similar distance. The bus stop Bismarckplatz is located just outside the front door.

I, (Constantin, male, 33 years old) work at the University in Vaihingen and spend my spare time enjoying sports on the fresh air (race wheel, swimming, running, snowboard, tennis, etc.). I am not looking for people for a purpose WG, but I would also be happy if we were to take joint activities (sports, cinema, concerts) or dinner together. Of course, all this is not a “force or must” and should simply arise naturally if we understand each other well. Of course, their own rooms offer a retreat if someone is not interested in company or simply needs his peace. Everything just relaxed and easy! To ensure that our landlord is satisfied and our life in the WG is halfway compatible, you should also be professional.
