Information about the room:
The room is 17 sqm and is rented with furniture (bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe). All costs are included in the 600€! The room is out to the rear and therefore very quiet. You only have an adjacent room and the hallway and therefore do not have to expect any disturbing noise from your roommate.

Location information:
The location is really top in Birkach. The penny can be reached in 2 min walk. There is also a highly recommended pizzeria and a diner around the corner. The stop in town is also not a 5-minute walk.
By bus you are in about 30 min at Hbf Stuttgart. The University of Hohenheim is within a 15-minute walk, depending on the event. So perfect if you want to go to all lectures or just need the library nearby to learn reasonably.

Information about the WG
The WG currently consists of 4 other people and the rooms are distributed on two floors. Three inhabitants live with you on the floor. One of them is adjacent to your room, which one does not actually hear.
Two roommates are working, one study at the University of Hohenheim and the other at the HFT in Stuttgart.
There's a joint cleaning plan for which every room is responsible for a week, you'll have to clean every 5th week.
In principle, the WG is more a purpose, but all are open to conversations and certainly also willing to do something together in the free time.
