The room is about 10 square meters and fully furnished (bed with bed box, desk, chair, wardrobe, shoe cabinet, bookcase, washbasin). The total rent for the room is 300 €, in this price are all additional costs included.
The room is located in a student residence on the 1st floor. All rooms in the dormitory are only accessible by stairs and therefore unfortunately not accessible.
Smoking is allowed outside the entrance of the residence.
The student residence in which the room is located is located in the Stuttgart-Freiberg district. The Suttnerstraße Underground Station is within 5 minutes walking distance, the U7 Underground Line runs every 10 minutes. After about 25 minutes you arrive in the city centre at the main station.
A small shopping street with a CAP, a mix market, and a bakery, as well as a pharmacy and a small Russian shop called "Am Eck", which also includes a post office.
There are also more shopping facilities, such as the Benz beverage market, the food market "Kliver", and the Freiberg shopping park with several shops and cafés (including Aldi and Rossmann).
The residence itself is located in a very quiet, natural area with many fields, meadows and a small forest that invite you to hiking and cycling.
The residence has a total of 33 rooms inhabited by women from different nations. (Small note at this point: The indication that there are 17 roommates, please do not note; the number 17 was the highest I could give. In truth, as mentioned above, the residence has a total of 33 rooms. The residents are between 18 and 35 years old, studying, doing an education or an FSJ and speak mainly German and English, and about half speaks Georgian.
There are two shared kitchens with electric stoves and a microwave, and each kitchen has a lounge with a balcony.
Each resident has to do a kitchen service about twice a month, for this one is included in a list designed by the landlord in the kitchen at the beginning of each month.
There is a washing room with a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing facility, which is also available to all residents.
Several toilets and showers are located in the halls and are also shared by all.
Das Wohnheim vermietet seine Zimmer ausschließlich an Frauen, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. Die Mietdauer beträgt mindestens ein Jahr (bzw. zwei Semester) und maximal drei Jahre (bzw. sechs Semester).
Beim Einzug ist eine Kaution von 300 € zu bezahlen.
Bewerben können sich Studentinnen, Auszubildende, Berufs(Schülerinnen) und FSJlerinnen. Bewerberinnen aus dem Ausland sollten zum Zeitpunkt ihrer Bewerbung ein Visum für den Aufenthalt in Deutschland haben.
Bewerbungen von Frauen, die ausschließlich berufstätig (also keinem Studium, Ausbildung oder Freiwilligendienst nachgehen) und/oder minderjährig sind, werden leider nicht berücksichtigt.

Da ich selbst zum 01.02.25 ausziehe, wäre es sehr wichtig, dass die neue Mieterin gleich am 01.02.25 in das Zimmer einziehen kann. Bitte sendet eure Bewerbung also nur an das Wohnheim, wenn ihr wirklich ab dem 01.02. ein Zimmer sucht.
