Large furnished room with sofa, desk, dining table with 3 chairs and access to the balcony. Look at the TV tower. Parquet floor and large windows towards south-east.
The house has a small elevator and the kitchen has a dishwasher.
The room is flat-rate rented with 640€ per month, everything is like electricity, internet, GEZ, gas, water etc.).

The apartment is located in the beautiful Stuttgart West, not far from Berlin and Hölderlinplatz. The excellent connection to bus and train (1 min) makes you super fast everywhere in Stuttgart. All possible such as supermarkets, restaurants (from good Italians to Koreans), bakers or mail are around the corner (<5min walk).

We are both doctoral students in chemistry and work at the University of Stuttgart in Vaihingen. The WG is rather calm. The other parties in the house are super friendly and accommodating.

Whether you're studying or working isn't that important. But I care what you do and what your hobbies are. It's best to bring a green thumb with me as I have some plants. Otherwise, I'll take her to friends. If you are interested, you can view the room/apartment personally (also available online, but not preferred).
