The 20sqm room of our 3s WG will be offered. The room is rented furnished. It is equipped with a bed, a desk + stool and a 3-piece wardrobe.
I (Alina) would also be very happy if I could sell the table, as well as the bedside table, (the mirror depending on your desire) and especially the two Kallax shelves to you! The price for this could then be cancelled :)
All costs such as GEZ, heating costs, water, electricity and the internet, washing machine are included in the flat-rate rental price, i.e. the 690€ is no longer available!
There is a fitted kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator in the kitchen.
The bright bathroom includes shower, toilet and sink and sufficient storage space.
In the laundry room in the cellar there is also a washing machine which is available to us freely.
There is also a SAT connection, as well as a bicycle cellar, a separate basement compartment and a communal garden.
The room is available for rent from March, but it is likely to be purchased in the last week of February.
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of Daimler Möhringen, SI Zentrum, Uni Hohenheim, airport, Kelley Barracks etc., for HdM you need about a good half hour with the Öffis.
A PENNY is directly opposite, which always allows quick shopping, which is extremely convenient! In addition, two pizzas are fast restaurants right at the corner.
The metro stop Sigmaringerstr. is 5 min away (if you have it in a hurry too 2-3 ;)), metro stop Möhringen Train Station is reachable in 10 min walk. The apartment is very central, from here you can walk to the "center" of Möhringen in a few minutes. Nevertheless, parking is available in front of the front door.
I am Erja, 20 years old and study biology at the University of Hohenheim in 6th Semester and start my Bachelor thesis in March. Away from the university I often meet in the swimming pool where I swim at the SV region Stuttgart, or with my friend who lives outside of Stuttgart. Besides swimming, I am interested in animals and read a lot. If not straight exams, I am happy to travel in Wilhelma and photograph animals :) In addition, I like art (even if I have hardly been able to draw myself since the beginning of my studies) and write stories and poems. I'm a movie and series addiction. I come from NRW, which is why I often stay in Stuttgart on weekends. In doing so, I often spend the weekend with my friend or on swimming competitions. I like to spend my holidays in the mountains where I have been working in a hotel as a nanny for the last few years and like hiking or skiing.
In addition to Erja, Paula (21) is still living here, but it will also leave at the end of March after the examination phase due to her practical semester. Your room will also be rented again (link follows).
We are a rather quiet WG, and spend our evenings together in front of the TV (formats such as the Masked Singer and GNTM but also Marvel, Star Wars and Harry Potter belong to our all time favorites :D) or eat together, we also go to the cinema occasionally:) Our privacy is also very important to us and we always understand when someone needs time for himself :) We were also accustomed to meeting with thunderstorms in the kitchen and watching flashes with a cup of tea :D Otherwise, we have a classic cleaning plan.
We are looking for a:n rather quiet:n roommate:in, who likes to spend time with us:) Always according to the motto "Everything can, nothing has to" :)
The minimum duration of the rental contract is 6 months.
Our landlord is very friendly and always very fast accessible via WhatsApp if something doesn't work or you have questions.
