I rent my beautiful, furnished 15sqm room in a quiet 3s WG for the period 01.03. to 01.09. The room is located on the ground floor and convinces with large windows that allow a lot of daylight. The equipment includes a bed, a night box, two comrades, a coat rack and a desk with a chair – you just need to bring your stuff and you can move in immediately!

The WG is located in a very quiet area, which is nevertheless super connected: To the city railway station Beethovenstraße you only walk 2-3 minutes. There you will also find UPS, GLS, Hermes and DPD package shops – practical if you want to ship or receive packages. For your purchases you will reach Rossmann, Edeka, Lidl and a DHL-Filiale in just 10 minutes walk. Whether you're on the go by public transport or on foot, you're on the go – the location makes it easy for you!

You share the WG with Jannik and Lotta, a relaxed and uncomplicated pair. Jannik is a student, a calm and open person I've known since Abi. Lotta is just doing an internship at the clinic and is as easy and friendly. Both are reliable, completely unproblematic and create a pleasant WG atmosphere in which you feel immediately welcome.

In the basement there is a separate storage room that is perfectly suited to accommodate bicycles, suitcases or other things. In addition, a shared washing machine, laundry lines and my tower wash stand are available, which can be used in my room if necessary.
