Since I will leave our WG soon we will look for a new roommate.
Even if it is not extraordinarily large with 12sqm, your future room will give you enough space to accommodate everything important in it. It is characterized by a roof slope and large windows, which allow a lot of natural light during the day.
The room is fully furnished. I will leave the bed (and the mattress), both wardrobes (incl. all temples and two shoe racks), the desk, bedside table and the laundry basket/bag there. You can also keep my blanket, pillows and bed linen if you want, as I cannot take them back to Portugal.
I would ask for 450€ for these furnishings.
In addition, 330€ applies for all furniture and equipment that WG has purchased over the years. You will get this amount back accordingly if you withdraw.
The apartment is a total of 87 sqm. It consists of 4 shared rooms, two bathrooms (one with shower + toilet and another, which is mainly used as a laundry room), a kitchen, and a beautiful large living-dining room with balcony.
We are well equipped with all kinds of utensils, but we also like to bring your favorite items!

Since I will be leaving our shared apartment soon, we are looking for a new roommate.
Your future room, although not particularly large at 12 square meters, provides enough space to accommodate all the essentials. It has a sloped ceiling and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light during the day.
The room will be furnished. I will leave the bed (and mattress), both wardrobes (with all the hangers and two shoe racks), the desk, the bedside table and the laundry basket/bag. So you can keep my duvet, pillows and bedding if you want since I can’t take them back to Portugal. I would ask for 450€ for these arranged.
There is thus a fee of 330€ for the furniture and appliances that the apartment has acquired over the years, which you will receive back proportionally when you move out.

You will live with us, Cira, Narender, and Ehsan.
Cira (19) studies at HdM from mid-March in the third semester and is always for talks and jokes with delicious tea and cookies.
Ehsan (28) arrived in Germany a year ago and works in the automotive industry. He's a great man and he always likes to meet new people. He likes to go hiking, and you're welcome to accompany him.
Narender (29) has been living in Germany for some time, has finished his studies here and is currently working. He is relaxed and always has good food and conversations for an evening.
Since we are an international WG, we often speak English. A harmonious coexistence is very important to us. This includes humor, open communication, mutual respect, and empathy. If we find the time, we like to spend time together. For example, with dinners, games, or a walk through the vineyards. Everything according to the motto: "Everything can, nothing has to."
Cleanliness and ornament are also very important to us. That's why we have a weekly rotating cleaning plan.
If you've read up here and feel addressed by our ad, we're looking forward to a night out with some information about you. (What is your current go-to-eating, or your favorite song?)
Also like to share your Instagram with us so that we can get an impression of you.
We look forward to hearing from you!
