Heavy heart I pull out of this beautiful WG and therefore we are looking for a nice person interested in a beautiful home for the room. The room is available from 03.02., entrance is possible during February or 01.03.
The rooms are next to each other along the hallway. The free room has about 15qm (more) and two windows with great views that make it very bright and cozy. The room is unfurnished, only the desk and the white wall shelves remain (without detachment).
We have a small kitchen in which there is also a dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and plenty of space. The toilet is extra.
Our apartment is bordered by an attic which we have made inhabitable with sofas, light chains, a bar and a beer-pong table. Furthermore, the house below has a very nice terrace that can be used by the whole house (all WG's).

Die Zimmer liegen nebeneinander entlang des Flures. Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 15qm (eher mehr) und zwei Fenster mit toller Aussicht, die es sehr hell und gemütlich machen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vergeben, ausschließlich der Schreibtisch und die weißen Wandregale bleiben (ohne Ablöse).
Wir haben eine kleine Küche, in der auch ein Esstisch steht. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine und viel Platz. Die Toilette ist extra.
An unsere Wohnung grenzt ein Dachboden an, den wir mit Sofas, Lichterketten, einer Bar und einem Bierpong-Tisch bewohnbar gemacht haben. Des Weiteren hat das Haus unten eine sehr schöne Terrasse, die von dem ganzen Haus (alles WG's) genutzt werden kann.
In den Nebenkosten ist bereits alles enthalten - von Strom über WLAN bis zu GEZ und Heizung!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Stuttgarter Süden. Unsere WG befindet sich im 4.OG eines alten aber schönen Hauses in Halbhöhenlage. Durch die erhöhte Lage haben wir einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt!
Von unserem Haus braucht man ca. 2 Minuten zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Bihlplatz, von dort fahren 2 Linien in die Stadt. Direkt vor der Haustüre ist eine Bushaltestelle, wo auch die Nachtbusse halten. Mit der Bahn braucht man 4 Minuten zum Marienplatz und 7 Minuten zum Charlottenplatz. Auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar. Am Marienplatz gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch ein Netto und ein Aldi in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Trotz der Stadtnähe ist man genauso schnell im Wald und in der Natur. Es gibt wunderschöne Wege zum Joggen und Spazieren direkt hinter dem Haus!
