The room is super cozy and typical old construction: high ceilings with stucco, a large window and parquet floors.
Our apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen (yes, with dishwasher & microwave), modern bathroom, a washing machine, a separate toilet, a balcony and a cellar. Our kitchen and the balcony also serve as our common rooms, in which we like to hang together, chat and unpack the aperol and / or a few beers.

wir haben ein wunderschönes 15qm großes Zimmer, ab dem 01.03.2025, in unserer WG in Bad Cannstatt frei und suchen genau dich!
Das Zimmer ist super gemütlich und typisch Altbau: hohe Decken mit Stuck, einem großen Fenster und Parkettboden.
Unsere Wohnung bietet unter anderem eine voll ausgestattete Küche (ja, mit Spülmaschine & Mikrowelle), modernes Bad, eine Waschmaschine, ein separates WC, einen Balkon und einen Keller. Unsere Küche und der Balkon dienen zugleich auch als unsere Gemeinschaftsräume, in denen wir gerne mal zusammen abhängen, quatschen und bei Gelegenheit den Aperol und/oder ein paar Bierchen auspacken.
Wir mögen es entspannt, unkompliziert und respektieren den Freiraum des jeweils anderen.
