Das 14qm große Zimmer ist Teil einer 3er WG und wurde, wie die gesamte Wohnung, erst vor Kurzem komplett saniert. Es verfügt über einen hellen Echtholz Parkettboden, neue Sockelleisten, weiße Fenster und frisch gestrichene Wände.
Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet genug Platz für alle deine Möbel :)
Ich werde voraussichtlich meine Möbel alle mitnehmen - genaueres können wir aber auch noch besprechen.
Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist komplett neu saniert und verfügt über eine moderne Einbauküche mit allen notwendigen Geräten, inklusive Spülmaschine (wichtig!;)), ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und ein seperates WC, wodurch man sich beim duschen etc. auch nicht in die Quere kommt.
Direkt neben der Küche befindet sich zusätzlich eine Loggia, in der man es sich gerade im Sommer gemütlich machen kann.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil und es kann bei Bedarf ein Garagenstellplatz angemietet werden.
