Since I spend a semester abroad from mid / end of March to mid / end of September, I offer my WG room for intermediate rent.
The room is large, comfortable and bright enough to feel comfortable there. It's on the ground floor, but it has a visual protection, so you're undisturbed. I myself attach great importance to privacy and have always felt very comfortable there. As it is an intermediate rental, my furniture remains in the room: a desk, a small metal shelf, a larger wooden shelf, a bed, a wardrobe and a dress bar. I'll take my personal items with me, of course, so you can have room for your things.
Next to your room there is a fully equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher), a bathroom with shower / bath and a small garden where you can enjoy the sun in the summer. The washing machine is in the basement.

Da ich von Mitte/Ende März bis Mitte/Ende September ein Semester im Ausland verbringe, biete ich mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist groß, gemütlich und hell genug um sich dort wohlzufühlen. Es liegt im Erdgeschoss, hat aber einen Sichtschutz, sodass man ungestört ist. Ich selbst lege viel Wert auf Privatsphäre und habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, bleiben meine Möbel im Zimmer: ein Schreibtisch, ein kleines Metallregal, ein größeres Holzregal, ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und eine Kleiderstange. Meine persönlichen Gegenstände nehme ich natürlich mit, damit du Platz für deine Sachen hast.
Neben deinem Zimmer gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche (ohne Spülmaschine), ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne sowie ein kleines Gärtchen, in dem du im Sommer die Sonne genießen kannst. Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller.
Falls du Interesse oder Fragen hast, melde dich gerne! :) Über den genauen Zeitraum können wir sprechen – wenn du ein bis zwei Wochen früher oder später einziehen möchtest, finden wir sicher eine Lösung.

Direkt an der Haltestelle gibt es einen CAP-Supermarkt, und ein Aldi ist in 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Weitere Geschäfte und alles, was man sonst so braucht, findest du am Ostendplatz – entweder in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder nach zwei Stationen mit der U-Bahn.
Was ich auch sehr genossen habe, ist der Wald direkt hinterm Haus. Dort führt ein kleiner Weg den bewaldeten Hügel hinauf – oben wirst du mit einer tollen Aussicht über Stuttgart belohnt.

Die meiste Zeit wirst du mit Laura zusammenwohnen. Sie ist super umgänglich, nett und legt viel Wert auf Sauberkeit. Da viele Dual Studierende am Wochenende in ihrer Heimat sind, hast du die Wohnung oft für dich. Das habe ich total genossen, da ich gerne nach Hause komme und meine Ruhe habe.
