It is a new building with parquet floors, floor heating, floor-deep windows and two bathrooms - central in the Stuttgart West. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. A lift is also available.

da die Wohnung für mich alleine zu groß ist, suche ich jemanden, der mit mir diese wunderschöne Wohnung teilt und Wert auf ein schönes Zusammenleben legt.
Es handelt sich um einen Neubau mit Parkett, Fußbodenheizung, bodentiefen Fenstern und zwei Bädern - zentral im Stuttgarter Westen. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG. Ein Aufzug ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Aktuell steht in dem Zimmer ein Pax, Kommode und Nachttischschränkchen, welche übernommen werden können. Beim Pax wäre eine Übernahme sehr gut, da ein Abbau erfahrungsgemäß keinen Spaß macht.
Es gibt in der Wohnung zwei Bäder (eines mit Dusche und Toilette und eines mit Badewanne und Toilette + Tageslicht).
Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist der
wunderschöne, sehr helle Wohn-/Essbereich mit bodentiefen Fenstern und Zugang zum Balkon.
Das Zimmer liegt nicht an der Straße, wodurch es wunderbar leise ist. Nachmittags scheint hier die Sonne rein. Allgemein ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig - hinter der Wohnung liegt eine Kita, wodurch die Kids im Sommer draußen spielen. Die Fenster sind super dicht, jedoch sollte man das wissen.
Ein Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Waschraum befindet sich im Keller.
