Hello, I have a room to rent in my beautiful 3 room apartment in Sillenbuch. It is relatively small, but there is a large living room and a terrace with garden access. Super quiet location, with the oak grove right around the corner. By public transport you are in 10 minutes in the city. Cleanliness and a beautiful coexistence is important to me, so it should not be a pure purpose WG. I myself am 32 years old and are currently in a professional reinvention phase (before I was a teacher at a Waldorf school) I like to make music and love to be in nature and to make sports. My 2 sons (12 and 13 years) have lived here with me, so it's a pretty family and cozy atmosphere in the apartment. The two have moved to their father, but come back again and again, so it is important that you are open to it (they are very cumbersome) :) But of course we are very careful that everyone has their privacy!!

Hallo, ich habe in meiner schönen 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Sillenbuch ein Zimmer zu vermieten. Es ist relativ klein, dafür gibt es aber ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Terrasse mit Gartenzugang. Super ruhige Lage , mit dem Eichenhain direkt um die Ecke. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bist du in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Sauberkeit und ein schönes Miteinander ist mir wichtig, es soll also keine reine Zweck WG sein. Ich selbst bin 32 Jahre als und befinde mich momentan in einer beruflichen Neufindungsphase (davor war ich Lehrerin an einer Waldorfschule) mache gerne Musik und liebe es in der Natur zu sein und Sport zu machen. Meine 2 Söhne (12 und 13 Jahre) haben bisher hier mit mir gewohnt, es ist also eine ziemlich familiäre und gemütliche Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Die beiden sind zu ihrem Vater gezogen, kommen aber immer mal wieder her, es ist also wichtig dass du dafür offen bist (sie sind sehr umgänglich) :)) Wir achten aber natürlich sehr darauf, dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat!!
