You live in a cozy, sunny conservatory room in a four WG. The room is about 10.5 square meter with direct access to the balcony. The room is quiet and you have a beautiful view. When you come to the apartment, you enter a long walk with the three other rooms, then follow the kitchen and then your room. Wenn du in die Wohnung kommst, betrittst du einen langen Gang mit den drei anderen Zimmern, dann folgt die Küche und danach dein Zimmer. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem renovierten Altbau im zweiten Stock.
Zum Zimmer:
Es ist voll möbliert, es gibt ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch inklusive Stuhl und einen Schrank. Das Mobiliar gebe ich für 200€ weiter. Da ich zurück nach Wien ziehe, kann ich nicht sehr viel mitnehmen und es sind auch noch Kleinigkeiten wie zb Mülleimer zu haben. Das Zimmer ist also besonders gut geeignet, wenn du in deine erste WG ziehst, von weit her kommst oder auch wenig mitbringen kannst :))
Zur Küche:
Es gibt bereits Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Smoothie Mixer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank und Backofen. Im Moment waschen wir noch per Hand ab, aber wir suchen gerade nach einem funktionstüchtigen Geschirrspüler ;)
Zum Bad:
Es gibt eine Dusche und eine Badewanne.Außerdem ist das Bad mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Auch Wäscheständer ist vorhanden.
Für Geräte die in der WG angeschafft wurden, gibt es einen Abschlag von 350€ (den du dann natürlich auch wieder weitergeben kannst). Die Kaution beträgt 700€ und die monatliche Miete (inklusive allem) beträgt 360€.

Julius ist gerade erst bei uns eingezogen und wird ebenfalls Sonderschullehrer. Er fährt meist mit dem Fahrrad und dem Skateboard, sitzt gerne in der Küche und berreichert das WG Leben ungemein!
Wir kochen gerne gemeinsam, schauen Trash TV oder Tatort oder veranstalten Spieleabende. Gleichzeitig hat aber auch jeder seinen Freiraum und geht seinem eigenen Alltag nach.
Die WG ist sehr sauber und es gibt einen Putzplan. Jeder räumt seine eigenem Sachen verlässlich weg und hat Platz für seine Lebensmittel. Gewürze, Öl und ähnliches kaufen wir gemeinsam.
